Why do some professionals thrive, while others struggle?

 

A Paradox: As I worked with over 200 companies in my sales consulting business over 17 years. I noticed some things I struggled to explain.

 

Why do some smart, well-educated, experienced, capable attorney’s accountants, engineers, or architects struggle in client development or running a practice while others with similar or less ability or skill flourish? Why do some people have strong stable relationships and personal growth and others have a life of struggle and serial unhappiness? Why do some very capable people seem stuck, while others with less gifts and abilities seem unstoppable? The answer is as light as a feather, free for the taking and only an inch away. The Growth Path is where these answers are found.

 

The Big Five Weaknesses of Conviction:

In working with over 200 companies and over 1000 people, I have found that there are five big weaknesses of conviction that are the cause of these struggles...and they are the keys to the path of your best business, best career and best life. Are any of these true for you?
